Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I register for a program and cannot attend?

Not a problem. If you register for a Safe-Capture workshop and cannot attend, you can apply your registration fee, in full, as a credit toward any future workshop, at any location, at any time, without time limitation or expiration. Your unused registration is also transferable to someone else who can attend in your place.

Alternatively, if you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the program date, you may also request a refund. Your money will be refunded less a $125 processing fee. If you cancel your registration less than 30 days from the program date, we hope that you will understand that we cannot issue a refund due to expenses we incur for unused catering arrangements, class materials produced and shipped (as well as return shipped), costs for processing the registration, reversing the registration, bank fees, etc.
